What's so valuable about a POS shell?

How much does it cost to start up a company from scratch, file the necessary documents, issue shares, and start trading?

I don't understand all of the shenanigans that go on with R/Ss and such as is going on with this company.

Why not just have the company audited, file the required documents, and move to the BB from the pink sheets?

Churak, the 30 investors are the same two guys, you don't need the 504 to actually be funded by 30 people, it's just 30 is the maximum allowed, so whoever the funders are, they'll get all the registered stock that way. This offering is the perferred method to get free trading shares into tighthly held insider hands, which was them, or someone very close to them, of course.
