I must have missed something as I do not read every post here but why are we back on the Thunderbird Resort concept? Nothing has been released (at least that I have seen) that even remotely hints that BFHJ would be in talks with TBIRD again. My best guess is simply that last time they tried tomove forward with TBIRD they released the info too soon which hurt the deal and then eventually it fell through causing the stock to plummet so maybe people here are assuming that the silence from the company is related to them once again trying to get a TBIRD deal through....or maybe I am flat out missing something - please educate me :)
