1. Hotel Pardo (no mention of buyer)
2. Hotel Carrera (no mention of buyer)
3. Hotel Bellavista (no mention of buyer) (TBird collecting management fees)
4. Hotel Principal (no mention of buyer) (TBird collecting management fees)

They have also SOLD the following Nicaraguan properties:

5. Pharaohs Managua (new owner Buena Esperanza)
6. Pharaohs Hotel Camino Real, Managua (new owner Buena Esperanza)
7. Pharoahs Hotel Holiday Inn Select, Managua (new owner Buena Esperanza)
8. Pharoahs Bello Horizonte, Managua (new owner Buena Esperanza)
GET THIS....Located in Bello Horizonte "SHOPPING CENTER"

Also they have sold their Guatemala operations: (no mention of buyer)

Also there has been several speculations that Beneficial might be looking at Bluefields, Nicaraga where there are two casinos: The Oasis Hotel & Casino and The Texas Casino.
