I did the same. Most do settle at some point. Most were fraud cases in one form or another. There will be penalties In this case, and it will probably settle at some point. How harsh the penalties are and how they affect the company is the question. JB is gonna take a hit. Now, the size of the penalty seems to vary depending on intent and how the def. personally profitted.

Fraud is fraud in the SEC's eyes. The intent aspect, I think, will be considered in the penalty. That's if we get that far along. As said, these tend to settle.

But, IMO, JB will take a hit to some degree. The bigger question is how will the company be affected.

Production on a meaningful scale would help.

Whether you think JB is a no good SOB or the Pope, doesn't matter. At the moment, this LOOKS bad for ave. Joe looking in. And whether it's fair or not, perception is reality.

I agree with Ty and others, if fuel is being produced and shipped lets hear it.

Well, now we have two reasons to get a good run up in pps.

1. Two new processors running
2. Settled with SEC.

This CAN"T settle out of court. They already missed that chance. Read, Tired of reading that it's going to settle out of court. It's NOT. They missed that chance.
This going to be a long, drawn out ordeal that will be extremely costly.
