Nothing's dead yet :-).
About PHIG, plz go to PHIG board, I had a post there a couple of days ago.
Philand will have some major changes in development concept and master planning. The company has asked for more land adjacent to Pointe91 (about 120 ha)for golf course construction and approval is just a matter of time. Given current situation of real estate market in Vietnam, I must say that Philand is so lucky that they have not begun the construction yet. Construction may begin sometime in 2012, I guess, but not so sure :-).
CATA is still there. I don't know the reason about funding delay, just asked Henry when I met him half a month ago in Saigon and he said he will discuss about this in early Jan 2012. Can do nothing except wait and see :-).
PHI will partner with PEC in some coal deals in Indonesia. Things may begin in February or March 2012.
That's all I know...
