It is case 95-39 on pacer on the COFC. Read the transcript of 9-28-2011. It is very interesting. JPM and the FDIC adamantly agree that JPM bought the Anchor litigation from the FDIC on 9-25-2008. WMI never owned it. It went from WMB to the FDIC and to JPM on 9-25-2008.
