Thanks very much. Why then do you think this has not happened? Do you know if a Motion has to be filed in the Anchor Case to be added as a party in interest?

Do you know if the Anchor Litigation proceeds have already been awarded to JPM? I recall reading on this board that the proceedings have been stayed until Judge Block makes a decision on who is the Successor in interest to Anchor.


Is there a docket with more up-to-date filings?
