Nobody here ever had any connection to Tice, and so nobody here can speak authoritatively to the question. Likely Tice disgusted about the miserable failure this company is.

Though I doubt Tice is surprised. The same ineffectual CEO in charge today is the same ineffectual CEO who has been in charge for that last 19 years.
