I agree. Evidence suggests that Mr. B never had any intention to uplist, nor does he have any intention to protect his shareholders by correcting the mess "he" is responsible for creating. I see nothing to suggest that this CEO actually cares about protecting his shareholders. I do however see alot of evidence to suggest his primary concern is for his "own" survival, "to hell with everyone else", especially all the shareholders who put their trust in him, and helped him finance his ventures. This guy should be locked up!
