we eclipsed over a year for uplisting this go around and God only knows how many years since the first time they announced it and then "got too busy"...

i would have to agree that this is taking much longer then there is any reasonable explanation for

2010 Breeder's Cup Classic champion Blame holding on at the wire to beat favorite and then unbeaten Zenyatta.
