Yes, its my opinion and that of many others here that its Matt and friends. No one else is sitting on $40,000 of stock and it appeared the moment the name change went thru.
Oh sorry Ace, regarding your other question, the a/s is 2.4 and the o/s right now is about 2.15 so there is about 250m or so more shares that could be added to the o/s before the a/s is maxed out.
