A good example is Ellicottville. The picture of the place is on the LLEG website. When it didn't show up as an asset when the "2010 Financials" were posted by LLEG I asked why. A number of the longs on this board jumped all over me and gave reasons why it didn't have to be on it. When you go to the online Ellicottville Assessors webpage you find out from the tax card the site has been owned by the county redevelopment authority and not LLEG. LLEG never went out of their way to straighten out the misconception they owned the property. Nowhere on the website does LLEG actually claim ownership.
