fwiw, I tried to contact Paul Wassgren professionally several times. Never returned my call.
My guess is that he considers his business affairs very private.
I also suspect he was merely the filing agent for the new (unknown) mgmt.
Given the long delay with no news, my guess is that a holding company bought the shell with some long-term plan, but has it shelved until said plan commences.
No telling what century that might occur.
But seems like it something should happen within a year or two, otherwise they would not yet have invested the money in buying the shell in the first place.
