Fit, I think you are reaching a bit here. Matt has reduced the A/S in the past, but as the business plan rolled on and snags developed, the plan needed to change.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct 05, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 247MGI, Inc. (Pink Sheets:TOFS) ("247MGI") soon to be known as Baron Capital Enterprises, Inc., (www.baroncapitalenterprise.com) is pleased to announce that the reduction in the Authorized shares has been completed by the State. Once the Company has received the stamped documents it will forward those to the transfer agent.

Over the past week Baron Capital has seen the price of its common stock plummet for no reason, although the Company feels the price should be higher, it plans on taking advantage of these low levels to begin purchasing shares out of the market. Baron Capital shall open its trading account and begin converting debt from other companies and using those proceeds to purchase shares out of the market.

When the Righ deal got hung up on the need for the third quarter Q report, Matt was forced to find other funds in order to proceed with his plan. That meant additional shares. This is the problem for small cap companies, the only way to raise the needed capital is to dilute or go to the bank. Well, in these times, the banks aren't giving out much cash. That is what is intriguing about Matt's business plan; he will provide the needed funds to get companies off the ground. He will allow those companies a way to access the markets without having to do a costly IPO. Matt profits by gaining equity in the companies that work through him, not to mention the additional revenues of BCAP, such as the TA.

Certainly there is risk involved here. Who's to say that other brokerage firms aren't trying to hold down the new kid on the block? It's been suggested that some here are paid by some of these companies to keep the price down and spread fear and doubt. For those companies, the less competition the better. For the common investor, that is poor, we know that competition makes the market better for all.

I don't agree with what you have to say all the time, but I will give you credit that you have been correct in a few of your predictions. I still believe that this will make it through the tough times and make all serious longs money.
