Everyone needs to think about these....my vote is YES!!!! (and I'm 70K shares long):
1) This is a speculative investment.
2) The stratellite to date is an unvalidated (but very promising)scientific concept.
3) The Company needs to further contract negotiations and make more strategic aquisitions of companies (through capital expenditure).
5) Increasing the A/S allows the above mentioned capital to materialize.
6) The "core" business will not likely make anyone "wealthy".
7) A successful Stratellite launch will very likely make many very "wealthy".
8) The growth in number and quality of employees is more than impressive.
9) Six weeks will probably not provide us with clear direction, but six months almost certainly will.
10) If you don't believe in Huff, his colleagues, the concepts, and the current management style, you should invest in blue chips and not GTE.
11) It is my understanding that by increasing the A/S, we can also help to prevent a hostile takeover.

Rocky what do you mean "here you go AGAIN" ?

I stated my opinion as you did or anyone else for that matter.
I will hold my investment until something with business plan goes south. Yes I am not happy with the way management stating one way and doing opposite of that...knowingly or not.

Yes I know it's the individuals not the firm but that was not the point. Point was they now have big time investors and banks to handle acquisitions.

IT'S TIME TO STOP ISSUING STOCK LIKE IT'S A TOILET PAPER. So far my face has been rubbed in it. That is why on OTCBB we had 1.5 billion AS. Do you guys want to get to that point again ?

I don't. VOTE NO for increase AS shares. Let the management find alternative ways instead of screwing you...a hard working investor.
