I am beginning to see a possible scenario Matt is setting up, is it unethical yes, illegal no. Most folks are gonna be caught off guard.

I was just about to pull out my investment over the dilution and take the tax loss when a light come on. Matt is about to make some folks wish they had stayed in $BCAP.
