No Doubt...The constitution was written on Hemp...Paper, Containers, Textiles, Rope, Ethanol, and a Weed that could feed the world...Only Ron Paul proposes this bill every year or two to legalize industrial hemp...Big business does not want something that will put them out of business!!! Canada produces a lot of it, though...
