Amyot and Barakett file requests in court and with the AMF for postponements, for lawyers, for in camera hearings ... its called JUSTICE ... and the court decides to hear the pleas or not.
So far the court and panel have granted extensions to hear the pleas.
Obviously Barakett and Amyot have something they wish to HIDE.
