Yes, the 13th has come and gone and the AMF has done nothing to shut down Andrew nor WDRP. When I posted that Andrew's hearing was postponed to Jan, you and others were very adamant that his day of reckoning was Dec 13th. Now your next big date is Jan 20, so what if that date comes and goes? What will be your next big date? Maybe the AMF is a big scam since they can't seem to nail a schedule either.

So, from the docket item number 13 indicating the request for non-publication in

it is not possible to determine who had filed the request, correct? That is, we cannot say it was the lawyer for Amyot, or the lawyer for Andrew, or that they worked together on this. If that distinction is available I for one would find it an interesting piece of information.
