You may believe what ever you like. I merely argue against war and in favor of some kind of international framework that will oppose it. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 25000 people died in the Gulf War I mourn them all. I find your argument using Paul to contradict Jesus specious.
mlsoft, You say it's your way and no one else in the world should have any other opinion than yours. You then say that the US should withdraw from the UN because many in that body disagree with your opinions. It is the ones who believe as you that causes so many wars and so much hate in the world. You need to learn to honor the concept that others can have their beliefs and not tell them they are going to Hell.

This is not true. Article II, Section 2 gives the President the power to enter into treaties with the advice and consent of the Senate, and Article VI makes them part of the supreme law of the land along with the Constitution and laws made pursuant to it.
