They are raising the Authorized Share count to 150MM. They are not dumping 50MM shares into the OS as you are implying. Current OS is approx 72 MM, current AS 100MM. They need to raise the AS to 150MM to allow flexibilty for future acquisitions and growth. We are currently at 75% of the current AS, that allows very little latitude to execute GTE's business plan.
