you must admit, the timing is a bit too suspecious. The A/S hits the same day as the PR? 365 days for it to happen and they both hit the same day? What are the odds of that? Tecco is good, but he's not a mind reader and should have had no idea the PR was coming...especially since the CEO was/is trying to distance himself from Tecco

and yes, i would expect a CEO of a company to know his share structure. and yes, if i paid a lawyer to review the company and then post that review as some sort of validation of its legitimacy, I would have expected no surprises.

If this is in fact the truth then Normand needs to PR it so it can be documented.Word of mouth does not nor ever will trump what is written in black and white.The benefit of a doubt is just not something I'm willing to give someone who is only communicating with shareholders through third party entities.Hope he clears this up before weeks end.
