the A/S increase was not known by Normand until I sent him the link, he got back to me when it was confurmed by his advisers/lawyers as to what happened, if you own a company are you going to check the status every day, why would you if you did not change anything, and yes I believe he is looking into legal matters against Tecco. Did I reising because of the increase exsactly, did I rejoin MOD necause of my phone conversation with Normand also true, the TA is not gagged but I believe it should be someone else to contact them as to have independant verification.
