Ok so you are glossing over the fact that these posters werent simply expressing thier displeasure with the company ... they have engaged in slander and liable by referring to the company as a Ponzi scheme, scam, pump and dump and Danny's personal ATM to name a few.
In addition they have made personal attacks against the CEO in the form of Loser, theif, scambag, moron, idiot etc . Statements of this nature are quite clearly defamatory in nature and are meant to intimidate and agresssively persuade which IMO completely validates his reaction of legal proceedings.
Sorry C7 this post isnt directed against you specifically just a general response to several points made on here previously by others.
If you are going to say something on a forum like this you should at least be willing to tone down your rhetoric or else this kind of thing will need to be addressed in a legal manner. Dont gimme this "this is the USA and we have freedom of speech" BS. Here is a test...say something derogatory or threatening about your president or a minority group on this forum or any other and tell me how long it takes for the feds to knock on your door! Freedom of speech does not protect against hate speech, ignorance or defamation! if its in writing then its possible to track it and prosecute when severe enough.
