Gotta wonder. PR'ing a threat of a libel lawsuit against message board posters is a bit questionable, especially if these posters are investors of the company. This forum is about the only place they can discuss their displeasure with the company and Danny. Now that he PR'ed that he is aware of this forum wouldn't it substantiate to all investors this is where they should place all comments they have for the company if they want it to be heard?
Reporting solid results, not more projections would have quieted most of these posters IMHO.
