I hope so too. After years of hoping for settlement that includes equity this is what we get? I and probably certainly most of the board did not anticipate/expect this scenario where the price drops like a rock after news of settlement. Though I wasn't expecting top dollar, I didn't expect to be close to a nickel either. Anyway, I hope there is more to come and at the very least some clarity regarding the current settlement offer if indeed this is it.
