I didnt not expect it either, but we still have a long way to go for this settlement to be a done deal. We are 70 days away from that. A ton can happen in that time frame. I look forward to holding my shares and waiting for us to see some nice gains with the new company. At the end of the day most common shareholders in BK walk away with nothing.
