Oh, OK.

And what follows is a personal opinion;

I would rather hire the person who has overcome obstacles than the one who has never experienced difficulty.

The former is more realistic due to experience and the latter is surprised when things don't fit their concept.

But, I'm also very against comparing one's life obstacles in relation to another's.

Kinda' reminds me of a child crying to it's mother that the other kids got ice cream. Every child born on this planet is born into differing circumstances. Comparisons of "obstacles" and "achievement" are unfair to all.

How can you compare the obstacles faced by one child versus those of another? How can you compare the satisfaction of success of one v. another? Comparison begets division.

How is it possible that most do in fact succeed when faced with those onerous obstacles, low? This is fact. Most minorities do succeed and have a much better life than in other countries. Many make the move to what you call 'white suburbia,' too, looking for better schools for their kids. They realize the american dream is there for anyone, if they just work to achieve it. Some on the other hand will never succeed. This is true for those white folks you seem to hate so much as well.

Hunt, fish, eat, sleep. Life is really tough, but I'm surviving.

Low...The most disadvantaged person in America is an American born male who is single.

I remember reading it, but I don't remember where, it was around two years ago.
