After all, we are reminded numerous times that the SEC. and other BIG-HAMMERED Brothers are enforcing th-rules....
But the fact is, mm's are the investor's enemy........ The Broker ( who takes the order ) skims-off also....
Brokerage will always rule descrepacies, in their favor..........
After reading the board this morning concerning investor education this thought occurred to me. Why not have the SEC mandate that all online brokers force all clients to pass a test concerning basic skills of understanding a 10K?
