After all, we are reminded numerous times that the SEC. and other BIG-HAMMERED Brothers are enforcing th-rules....

But the fact is, mm's are the investor's enemy........
The Broker ( who takes the order ) skims-off also....

Brokerage will always rule descrepacies, in their favor..........
