As a next step, you might want to consider contacting your local congressman about this experience. Members of congress are often skilled at contacting people within government who can get you the results that you are looking for. I think that the current political climate is also one in which members on both sides of the aisle would like the opportunity to agressively pursue those guilty of any financial wrongdoings. Just a thought.
