First, thank you for your sweet thoughts.
Second, good information and good points. I am not sophisticated enough to be able to answer your questions because logic says, this shouldn't be, however it is what it is. Long ago I figured out life isn't fair, you cannot depend on playing by the rules and others will do the same but this isn't an excuse to go and break the rules. However you can study a situation for a bit, see if there is a way to out-fox a fox, people always leave a hole somewhere, not sure in this case, because of the international issue - there is the component of an American Corporation tie somewhere, probably Nevada or Delaware but there is one. Bottom line, we are the pawns being used to make this scheme work...not a deal, just have to figure out the weak end, I know gaming...there is value to this company just based on the volume, more important, if they aren't legit, and are defrauding on some licensing or something...oh there could be some fun messing with them that way. This Texasgal does know technology and don't think I won't play with them that way.
If there are enough of us that start poking and proding well we could at least have some fun. Are we going to recoup our losses? No but heck we can be a pain and let them know, as little stockholders they messed with the wrong people. Will it do any good in the long run? No, but we could raise awareness for others not to get involved with their BS, unless they clean up their act and also it will make us feel just a wee bit better. Gamers are a funny bunch, they don't like the "establishment" and certainly don't like when corporations do stuff like ripping the "little ole investors" like us off. Oh did I mention I play real hard in social media? Y'all these guys cannot exist if their reputation online goes to pot, that is all they have.
Again, not that it will bring back your investments, but it will make them a little stalled moving forward.
