Completely false and unproven what you say below about "as it pertains to WDRP". It's great that you've cited this old post like a hundred times already, but it is not relevant to WDRP. End of story.

ANATOMY OF A SCAM - THE CORTELAZZI / OLLU / AMYOT WAY as it pertains to WDRP.

I think we all understand how scams in pennyland work. There are those that just do not believe this is a scam. I for one DO!! I do not think Robert knowingly approved of a scam. He merely allowed WDRP the right to claim the 'potential' of his work to legitimize their corporation. I do believe Andrew sought out a product with the appearance of potential and followed your outline to the letter. I also think he made a great chunk of coin in the process. I also do not think anything will change. This problem with AMF will in time go away and Andrew will move on to the next game. I do not believe the SEC or the AMF are legitimate agencies either. I think they set fines and release the bad guys to start their enterprises back in motion. The SEC and the AMF are all just a bunch of blackmailers. They do not stop crime. They simply benefit financially from the perpetrators and let them start over. The best that can happen here in my opinion is that a low volume high heat unit can be produced that will work for commercial dishwashers or some such application. I truly doubt it will ever be received by the market but it will stand good for some more PR's and actually drive the share price up considerably. For a short period. Enough for some to make a big payday and for some to get burned. Then it will die the way poorly received products do and problems with SEC and AMF disappear. I do not hold stock here and am not able to buy because TDA will not allow me to open a position. But I still would not buy yet if they would. I see this being a good buy at .004. Then off to the races again!! Good luck longs,,be ready to hit the sell button about March of next year. All of this is just my opinion. As an American I am granted the right to free speech and am feeling talkative today. GLTA,,,2ez

ANATOMY OF A SCAM - THE CORTELAZZI / OLLU / AMYOT WAY as it pertains to WDRP. And its still pertinent.
The basic scam coming from out Quebec fraudsters works in the following manner, and WDRP is no exception:
1. Take a shell which you control and buy back as many shares as possible while it has nothing in it and convert loans into more free trading shares such that the majority of all free trading shares are in the hands of the promoters (Cortelazzi/Ollu/Amyot);
2. Find an inventor with a failed technology (MRES) or an inventor with a hopeful technology but the inventor is broke and the technology is going nowhere (WDRP);
3. Restructure the deal somewhat to accommodate the inventor but give him restricted shares;
4. Find some dupe to act as CEO. For MRES this was Poulin. For WDRP this is Martel. Its even better if the CEO is broke and needs money from the scam to survive. In this way the CEO is totally controlled by the scammer promoters.
5. Issue out some Fluffy PR's about how great the technology is;
6. Find some individuals in far off places that seem to be legitimate to make claims of contracts and projections. For MRES this was Israel and Spain, for WDRP it appears to be Gavin Ovens in Australia;
7. Put out more fluffy PR's about how the technology is coming along;
8. Sell some shares to naive investors;
9. Issue some more Fluffy PR's with sales projections. For MRES this was Russia, for WDRP its little UMI in Fort Wayne, Indiana;
10. Sell some more free trading shares to new investors buying into the fluffy news about the claimed technology.
11. When the deal ultimately fails, rinse and repeat.
