I would consider calling Andrew yourself so you can inform those you got in. It appears info obtained from here hasn't been helpful.
But in your defense, nobody likes delays that seem never to end, lending more and more credence to the naysayers here.
In spite of all that, I still think you would be better served by calling Andrew than trying to sift thru everyone else's info they got from mgmt posted here. It might help your frustration...just a thought.
