Quote:
"In the course of its investigation, the SEC worked with the Quebec Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), which was also investigating this matter. As a result of both ongoing investigations, the AMF obtained an emergency order freezing assets and a cease trade order against McKeown, Ryan, Downshire Capital Inc. and Meadow Vista Financial Corp. The SEC appreciates the collaboration with the AMF."

"AMF COLLABORATES WITH SEC ON POSSIBLE CASE OF MARKET MANIPULATION
Montréal, June 29, 2010 – On June 25, 2010, further to information exchanged between the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the AMF obtained freeze and cease trade orders from the Bureau de décision et de révision (the “Bureau”) to halt a possible case of market manipulation."

Oh, and this should worry the scamsters behind WDRP too:

"Notice of Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Consultation, Cooperation and the Exchange of
Information Related to the Supervision of Cross-Border Regulated Entities

On June 10, 2010 , the Ontario Securities Commission, the Authorité des marchés financiers du Québec, and the United States
Securities and Exchange Commission entered into a Memorandum of Understanding concerning regulatory cooperation related to the supervision of regulated entities (Supervisory MOU). The OSC, AMF and SEC have a long history of cooperation,
particularly in securities enforcement matters. The Supervisory MOU would extend this cooperation beyond enforcement by setting a framework for consultation, cooperation and information-sharing related to the day-to-day supervision and oversight of regulated entities. This comprehensive framework will enhance the OSC and SEC’s ability to supervise regulated entities that operate across our respective borders."
