that's very true. sometimes i see write ups on the site that make me laugh. but it's a good resource. i think this guy did a good job though. (not advocating anything)
I just keep wanting to go all out puts on CRM but don't know why i keep holding back. In a mood right now where i scour the net for any info to reinforce my thinking. this one struck a cord.
