This is LeClerc and I am only here to comment once, this will be my one and only post. We are filing a much larger 10k than usual. As all have been informed we are trying to change to name, as such a 14c was filed, it was filed incorrectly by counsel, and ultimately that is my fault as buck stops with me. As such we needed to answer comments by the SEC, which could be the case with any filing. We took the extra time to address all concerns and make sure that this filing was in line with what the commission needs. We will file a new 14c, which will require shareholder approval, to change the name and symbol, and we will move forward as stated in the last PR. Again the fact the the 10k is late and name change is not completed rests with me, its in process to be filed, and it (THey) WILL be filed.

after all your lies, why should anyone believe your ask ;-) now? or even know if it is actually you? are you to broke or cheap to pay for a membership?

FOUR(4) Pre14c's were filed in an attempt to get the name changed. Were they all filed incorrectly by counsel and what exactly was wrong with them?

All four of the prior attempts to file an acceptable Pre14c also required shareholder approval. In every case, however, majority approval was provided by yourself, Super Rad and a third party, so there was no need to solicit a full shareholder vote. Will that be the case in the fifth attempt? In other words, do three shareholders still hold a majority of the outstanding common?


When will the 10K be filed?


I understand that you would prefer not to engage in an ongoing exchange on a message board and appreciate that you are a busy man, but these are the subjects about which you chose to post and the opportunity is here to addressed them more thoroughly.
