This is LeClerc and I am only here to comment once, this will be my one and only post. We are filing a much larger 10k than usual. As all have been informed we are trying to change to name, as such a 14c was filed, it was filed incorrectly by counsel, and ultimately that is my fault as buck stops with me. As such we needed to answer comments by the SEC, which could be the case with any filing. We took the extra time to address all concerns and make sure that this filing was in line with what the commission needs. We will file a new 14c, which will require shareholder approval, to change the name and symbol, and we will move forward as stated in the last PR. Again the fact the the 10k is late and name change is not completed rests with me, its in process to be filed, and it (THey) WILL be filed.
