I have heard a rumor that Andrew may have some real long ties to deMontigny as well.
All it takes is ONE HA member to have HA involvement.

As to the Securities Manipulation, the AMF never laid those charges lightly.
And the AMF document is not that vague at all. It lays out quite succinctly that there was Securities Manipulation.
