Ronnie..Am I correct in thinking that Nokia's and Samsung's 4th Quarter 2004 and the first three Quarters of 2005 reported covered sales..will be recorded by IDCC as recurring revenue for 2005? I also estimate this amount to be in the area of some $70 Million on a pro rated basis of their total $350 Million ICC obligation, is this correct? Any input that you can offer on this subject would be most appreciated, since it has not been covered by either IDCC Management nor any Analyst.. TIA
Hold on. If the estimated royalties for Samsung have not changed since 2003, and Samsung has sold more phones than was estimated in 2003, then doesn't that mean that Samsung gets to pay a lower rate?
