It would be nice (for me) to see an agreement with Samsung NOW based on the ICC rate. Extend the pre-payment discount so they re-qualify in exchange for a 3g agreement too. I'm not sure if Samsung is a player in the 3G market but it would look good to see a name licensee signed. It would help during the tense wait for the next milestone with Nokia.
