All I can say is this is utterly ridiculous that "utter" has been the subject of all these utterances. However, the real issue is if a steer has an utter or not. I suspect if a steer had an small utter protrusion and Koikaze in his youth had tried to squeeze same he would not be here with us now. Tail whippings in the morning would be the least of his worries if he tried getting anything fresh from there.
Ooops. That would sure explain why I could not find anything relevant with an internet search for "cows steers utters."
In my efforts at finding an answer to whether steers have udders, I ran across this site. I'd almost bet money that it was gotmilk's twin who wrote it.
