No need to blame shorties here, ran 1000% last spring into the summer and now it is back there and looks like it is going even lower... I am so shocked ;-) the PPS and volume before that time are not even relevant... since the volume was so small... when it went from .0001 to pennies... I like my pictures as an explanation :-) just sayin' .... less words and more pictures ... weee :-D
I said that b/c I feel that the 504d round of financing that was announced in the fins was finished dumping. Remember, the deal could have gone through as early as July 1 and finished by beginning of October.
I now feel that he did another round of financing based on the volume of this last week and the amount of shares trading at the bid.
This is just my gut feeling based on this last weeks extreme amount of dilution. Look at the accum/dist. Look at the # of shares traded at the bid. Look at the fact that we hit .0003. Doesn't pass the smell test unfortunately.
