Monthly Branded/Generic US Lovenox Scripts

I’ve converted Rocky’s weekly script numbers to average weekly
figures for each month, which gives a better indication of the trend.
See #msg-68906536 for the same data aggregated by quarter.

For the past several months, NVS/MNTA’s generic Lovenox has had
a retail market share of 86-87%; however, SNY’s authorized generic,
which was launched in October, is not yet captured in these data.
