I'm in the same boat, I am just hoping that OTOW will hit $1 at some point and that $700 fee to sell it won't make much of a dent LOL :)

Answer to your question:
Move your account to Fidelity. You can negotiate the price per trade to $4.95 a trade if you request this (normally $8.95 regardless of amount of shares). They will also give you 200 FREE Trades when you transfer. Trading OTOW has NO restrictions with Fidelity and it is like trading any other stock.
It takes about three business days to transfer your account.

I had Zecco before and Fidelity is far cheaper, faster, far better support and just overall a giant step up from Zecco.

There is a special person who will walk you through the steps of trnasferring, just call them and ask for that person, and it is easy and painless and Fidelity does almost all the work for you.
