there has to be a way to move those to another broker like scottrade , i use them and have spoken w them and they see no problem w otow

it would be like a company charging u whatever they wish whenever they wish and u not able to have any recourse

so if they decide that it will cost u $50,000 per trade for all your equities regardless, then u r stuck ?

I feel if u have a long enough time frame (yr or more, always a chance that it could be sooner) the dollar is in the cards

Transfer your account to Fidelity for free. Then do what ya want in the market. I gather you are not shopping around? This has been going on for 2 weeks now. I wouldn't wait another 2 just to hear the same stuff.
Where did you pull that $700 fee from? I was under the understanding you can still sell at the normal Zeeco comish rate. They just won't be buying any more OTCs under a dime.
