Uh, because they are protecting themselves? They need that type of lawyer if the SEC press release is accurate, and I have no reason to believe it is not. If you want to try and discredit the SEC and what they did with these 17 companies then be my guest but I will side with them because they know a whole lot more than you do aboiut what they uncovered and it was significant enough to warrant a trading suspension. I would guess that the SEC has been in contact with them since the suspension and are probably investigating ANWM. It is a very safe assessment when you look at the headline which points to microcap fraud.

Why would the IR answer a poster & state "assays with a property" & "mm is working with Rett."

Trying to save face perhaps? Doesn't want to lose the group for the next stock of the year he gets involved with. He needs a following, so dumping them doesn't make sense. Making excuses for delays and hoping to drag them with him to the next disaster is my guess.

Kind of solidifies the Medlink incompetence theory that has been around here for some time.

Well let's give 3 cheers to Ken for getting involved with yet another incompetent company and going one step farther by trying to take over their garbage without the proper information, books and missing 100 million shares that nobody seems to be able to locate. Gee, that's probably somehow not Ken's fault either huh? Of pulling the real bonehead move of creating Premiere then pretending to acquire them after inserting his own nephew as a figurehead CEO. Gee, that was really dumb wasn't it? You don't seem to be able to see all the blunders Ken was part of here do you?

No it won't because you simply do not take over a company that has this many issues and then, before ever clearing up those issues create more by making up Premiere, inserting nephew as CEO and pumping it all on a message board. It's a circus of errors orchestrated by SCG who just happens to be run by Ken Ash.
