So I guess he is thinking that there might be another virus program that can be causing the conflict? I looked through every program and haven't found any. Do you think I should try and install a different antivirus software like avast? I have run both malwares full scan and tdskiller again and no more threats. Yesterday they found a load of them. But I did try and install MSE after I did those scans and it still gave me the same problem with the disk error and the "other user" - maybe I'll take my chances and try another anti virus?
