That MSE issue is strange

Did you do a full scan with Malwarebytes or a quick scan?

I would recommend doing a full scan if you haven't already

If I have a flea I run it in the quick scan, and the long scan, and it's important to reboot in between scans. Sometimes it takes more than one scan from both modes also. I'm not sure why but I have run a long scan before just for routine maintenance and it found nothing. I then ran a quick scan just for giggles and right away a couple Trojans popped up. Some of these fleas are pretty nasty in the manner in which they embed themselves on your machine.
