Oh my gosh, it seems like every time I try to install Microsoft Essentials it is causing this "other user" problem. I have to start all over again if I can even remember what I did. This is how it started. I installed Microsoft Essentials and when I rebooted it said I needed to repair and then this "other user" nonsense appeared. After finally getting it back there was no Microsoft Essentials so I figured I would reinstall it again. I do and when I reboot - I am back to square one. I am seeing double now.
